- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My son's mouth was overcrowded. He had to have 7 teeth pulled. We drove almost an hour to Dr.Elbaum's office. My son was in the chair...sedated & out of the chair in 23 minutes. He didn't have any pain or dry sockets. This was such a pleasant experience for him that when his new dentist told him he has to have his wisdom teeth pulled & suggested an oral surgeon....my son told her he won't go anywhere but here. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The doctor was great however their billing department is a joke. When I called there t hery said they accepted Aetna they are on Aetna website as participating provider. My daughter needed a minor surgery and again they had to verify insurance. Insurance was verified in network. I was told if any payment was due it was due at the time of service I was told no payment due because I am covered 100%. Fast forward 9 months and they tell me they don't accept Aetna they made a mistake. Now trying to send me to collections. Good luck.March 02, 2017by Brian Pisciotta
